Admin Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Duties:

• Provide general administrative support to the sales and engineering teams.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other documents.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and project status.

• Maintain and update customer and sales records.

• Handle data entry, filing, and documentation.

• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on requests.

• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
