NB. This role is a Commission-based role; the Salary Range I included is an average approximate based on past teammates’ earnings.

Overview

This position offers exposure to advanced wealth structuring, cross-border advisory, and family office solutions, making it suitable for individuals looking to deepen their expertise in UHNW wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with UHNW clients and their associated businesses
• Provide tailored investment advice and manage discretionary portfolios
• Collaborate with private banks and external partners to structure optimal client solutions
• Support the setup and advisory of Single Family Offices (SFOs) and Multi-Family Offices (MFOs)
• Advise on wealth transfer strategies for multi-generational planning
• Recommend high-value insurance solutions aligned with client needs
• Assist with trust structures, tax planning, and buy-sell agreements
• Implement asset protection and risk management strategies
• Handle additional tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex financial matters
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Prior experience in consulting, banking, asset management, trust services, insurance, or related fields is advantageous
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
