Technical Officer (Digital Facilities Management)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Officer (Digital Facilities Management) to support the implementation and operation of digital solutions across multiple facilities.

The role will support the rollout of digital platforms and IoT solutions, provide training to facilities teams, monitor system performance, analyze data and support continuous improvement of facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of digital facilities management systems across various sites in Singapore.
• Assist in the deployment and monitoring of IoT devices and smart building solutions.
• Work with facilities teams to ensure digital systems are properly implemented and used.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to site teams on the use of digital FM systems.
• Support digital facilities projects, including the rollout of new systems across IFM sites.
• Monitor digital system performance and recommend improvements where required.
• Analyze information and data generated by digital systems to support operational improvements.
• Assist with site audits to ensure service standards and operational requirements are met.
• Coordinate with different site teams to support successful project implementation.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement across facilities operations.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
• Exposure to digital systems, IoT or smart building technologies.
• Knowledge or interest in AI and digital technologies would be useful.
• Comfortable working with system data and performing basic analysis.
• Able to communicate and conduct system training for users.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel between different work sites in Singapore when required.
