Overview

This role is for a Personal Finance Executive with a leading bank in Singapore, supporting both retail and premier clients. The position focuses on acquiring and managing high-net-worth and qualified depositor clients, driving business growth through active engagement, and delivering quality service while meeting regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard high-net-worth and qualified depositor clients through outreach, meetings, and networking
• Manage account opening processes, including KYC and regulatory documentation
• Cross-sell banking products such as remittances, home loans, and other financial services
• Maintain client relationships and ensure efficient handling of transactions and enquiries
• Resolve client issues promptly to reduce risk and improve satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML/CFT, and internal compliance requirements
• Work with internal teams and support additional initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• A diploma in any discipline
• Good understanding of retail banking products and services
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
