Data Analyst Support (1 Year Contract)
About this job
We are looking for a Highly skilled Data Analyst Support professional for our Plant Facilities Department with at least 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and AI-driven solutions. Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Adept at leveraging digital tools, AI applications, and dashboarding solutions to optimize maintenance planning, inventory tracking, and resource allocation. Strong communicator with a track record of presenting clear recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Maintenance Data & Analytics
- Lead analysis of data collected from the Maintenance Alert Systems to identify performance trends, anomalies, and root causes
- Crunch large datasets to generate actionable intelligence for preventive maintenance and corrective rectification works
- ·Develop and present dashboard displays for real-time monitoring of maintenance KPIs, including deploy interactive dashboards in Power BI/Tableau etc. for improving visibility of maintenance performance metrics
- Prepare and deliver solutions and recommendations for upcoming maintenance works based on data-driven insights
- Integrate AI and digital solutions to support predictive planning and optimize maintenance schedules
Inventory & Spare Parts Analysis
- Manage data from receiving and issuing of maintenance parts to ensure smooth operations
- Track and project spare parts requirements aligned with maintenance schedules.
- Consolidate and advise on monthly inventory stock level reports for management review
- Utilize AI tools to correlate maintenance data with inventory levels, improving forecasting accuracy
- Develop projections and provide recommendations for strategic purchasing of maintenance parts
- Streamlined inventory reporting processes, reducing manual effort as targeted per month
AI Maintenance Process& Knowledge Management
- To support and develop AI-Driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP)
- To support and develop AI-Driven Maintenance knowledge Management (MKM) System
- To support and develop AI-Driven Work Order (MWO) System
Technical Skills
- Data Analysis & Visualization: SQL, Python, R, Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau etc.
- AI Workflow Tools: AI-driven tools including MS Copilot Cowork, Claude etc.
- Maintenance Systems Tools: Experience in Maintenance CMMS, Maintenance Alert Systems preferred
- Inventory Management Tools: Experiences in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba), inventory tracking modules preferred
- Administrative Tools: Workday, Outlook, MS Teams
- General Competencies: Dashboarding, Reporting Automation, Data Correlation, Forecasting Models
Qualification/Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Data Analytic/Software/AI Discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Preferably more than 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and AI-driven solutions preferably in manufacturing and facilities maintenance environment
