Job Summary

You will operate river cruise vessels, ensure passenger safety and satisfaction, perform vessel maintenance, and collaborate with team members to deliver safe, enjoyable cruises along Singapore’s scenic waterways.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and operate the river cruise vessel safely along the Singapore River and Marina Bay Reservoir
• Greet passengers warmly to create a welcoming and pleasant onboard experience
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the vessel to ensure smooth and reliable operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and maritime regulations strictly to maintain passenger and crew safety
• Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate efficient and safe cruise operations
• Deliver excellent service to international guests by addressing their needs and enhancing their cruise experience

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Steersman license issued by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
• Maintain physical fitness and health to perform job duties effectively
• Availability to work evening shifts until 11 PM, including weekends and public holidays
• For part-time roles: commit to at least 3 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
