TCM Clinic Assistant / Clinic Operations Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and motivated TCM Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of a newly established TCM clinic in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the daily operations and administration of the clinic

* Handle patient registration, appointments and enquiries

* Provide good customer service and assist patients with general clinic procedures

* Maintain patient records and administrative documentation

* Assist the TCM practitioners with non-clinical tasks

* Coordinate appointments, payments and general clinic matters

* Assist with inventory, supplies and clinic facilities

* Support marketing, customer service and business development activities

* Ensure the clinic is maintained in a professional and welcoming environment

* Perform other administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements:

* Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred

* Relevant experience in TCM, healthcare, clinic administration or customer service will be an advantage

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Responsible, organised and customer-oriented

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Candidates with relevant healthcare or TCM clinic experience are preferred

Salary: S$4,500 – S$9000 per month
