Responsibilities:

• Supervising accounting activities at both the entity level and within the corporate group's support functions.
• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting (Including costing), reporting, and audit matters.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management and financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and manage annual corporate tax and GST tax reporting.
• Review and manage the accounts payable & Receivables function.
• Oversee fixed assets and prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Apply and provide accounting guidance on relevant IFRS requirements and Group accounting policies.
• Analyse accounting implications of complex transactions and business arrangements.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, with strong self-motivation and leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling
• Strong understanding and practical application of IFRS accounting standards, particularly IFRS 15 revenue recognition, IFRS 16 Lease, IAS 16 PPE”
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software applications.
• Experience with SAP and in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
