Job Summary

Support team operations by reliably completing tasks independently and collaboratively, delivering excellent care and service to patients and clients, and communicating clearly in English for effective daily interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance to ensure smooth team operations
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision to support workflow
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and positive outcomes
• Provide attentive care and service that meets the needs of patients and clients
• Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English to facilitate daily interactions and accurate documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Converse in Mandarin and Malay to assist communication with diverse clients and colleagues
• Participate willingly in on-the-job training, courses, and continuing professional education (CPE) to develop skills and advance interests
