The role of Investment Consultant / Relationship Manager focuses on helping individuals and families grow and protect their wealth while building long-term, trust-based relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on both asset growth and protection
• Conduct regular reviews of clients’ financial portfolios to identify opportunities and risks
• Recommend tailored, needs-based financial solutions aligned with clients’ goals
• Present and promote a wide range of financial products and services
• Actively participate in business development and client acquisition initiatives
• Respond to client enquiries professionally through both face-to-face and remote channels
• Deliver high standards of service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Main requirements:

• A diploma or degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive mindset and willingness to learn (candidates new to the financial industry are welcome)

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry (for Relationship Manager consideration)
• Relevant financial advisory experience and certifications such as CMFAS M5, M6, M8, M9, and HI
