Job Summary

Join First Choice Pest Specialist as a Pest Control Service Technician/Worker to inspect, treat, and manage pest issues in residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe and effective pest control operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties, primarily F&B, to identify pest infestations and select appropriate treatment methods
• Apply pesticides, baits, and control measures to eliminate pest problems effectively and safely
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of pest control activities and treatments for compliance and tracking
• Educate clients on pest prevention and control to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce future infestations
• Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental regulations during pest control operations
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve pest control processes and implement best practices
• Issue detailed service reports upon completion of each job to document outcomes and actions taken

Required certifications

• Valid NEA license to perform pest control treatments legally and safely

Preferred qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pest control technician or worker to ensure proficiency in pest control tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify pest issues and apply correct treatments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Physical fitness to perform duties in various outdoor environments
