CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction workers on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality project execution aligned with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers to ensure task completion and adherence to project plans
• Organize daily work activities and assign tasks to optimize workforce productivity
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to meet project standards
• Enforce site safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment
• Identify and resolve daily site issues to minimize delays and disruptions
• Report work progress and site issues promptly to management for informed decision-making
• Collaborate with management and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution and communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant construction experience
• Proven experience supervising and managing construction workers
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in construction settings
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for clear coordination (Other common languages spoken by construction workers is a bonus)
• Experience working outdoors and in construction site environments
• Responsible, hardworking, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to relocate or work in Singapore for a long-term project
• Experience in renovation, reinstatement, demolition, structural, or related construction work
