Regional Digital Operations Specialist

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day operations of multiple live digital platforms across APAC (CRM, SaaS tools, websites, mobile apps, internal business systems)
• Monitor system health and be the first point of contact when something breaks
• Diagnose issues before escalating, tell apart a user error from a config problem from an actual vendor bug
• Coordinate directly with vendors: raise tickets, track SLAs, escalate when they slip
• Handle platform administration yourself, user access, permissions, and system configuration
• Keep documentation, runbooks, and support guides current
• Be the link between business users, customers, IT, and vendors

What You'll Need

• Minimally 2 years experience supporting digital platforms, SaaS tools, CRM systems, or enterprise applications
• Real experience owning a platform after it went live, not just supporting it during the project phase
• Direct experience coordinating with vendors: raising issues, tracking SLAs, escalating when needed
• Hands-on platform administration experience (user access, permissions, configuration), done independently, not just requested from someone else
• Comfortable working across multiple platform types
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience across more than one APAC market
• Familiarity with incident/ticketing systems and structured SLA tracking
