Freight Forwarding Operations Officer

We are looking for Operations officer to join our team.

• Monday-Friday 9am-6pm , Saturdays only if required

• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

• Immediate Position

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of import/export documents to facilitate airfreight/ocean freight shipments

• Liaise with customers, transporter, airfreight/shipping agencies for shipment execution including booking, cargo pick up, pre-alerts, etc

• Import/Export shipment follow up, clearance and delivery fulfilment to customers

• Permit declaration

Requirements :

• Experience preferred

• Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent, diligent and keen learner

• Strong spoken/written communication and inter personal skills
