Job Summary

This Online Sales Manager role drives digital revenue by managing e-commerce and social media accounts. You will build client relationships, close online deals, and expand market reach in Chinese-speaking regions through effective digital communication and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage online sales leads and digital communication channels to generate revenue
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to support clients and close sales deals via video calls, chats, and emails
• Track and analyze sales data to achieve monthly revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and launch online sales campaigns
• Utilize CRM software and digital tools such as Zoom and WeChat to manage accounts and sales processes
• Apply negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome client objections and close deals
• Work autonomously and coordinate with remote teams to meet sales goals
