Station Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Station Manager to lead the daily operations of ourpetrol station. You will manage the team, keep the station running smoothly,and make sure customers enjoy a clean, friendly, and modern environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily operations and ensure safety
• Manage revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Keep the station clean, especially toilets, and maintain a welcoming convenience store
• Ensure good variety of merchandise for customers
• Plan staff rosters and manage leave schedules
• Recruit, train, and motivate employees to deliver great service
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Create monthly promotions and programs for customer benefit
• Introduce new ideas and systems to improve efficiency and customer experience

About You

• Good spoken English skills; able to communicate clearly with customers and staff
• Ability to speak a second language (Chinese, Malay, or Tamil) is an advantage
• At least Diploma holder (any discipline)
• Strong people skills; able to build good relationships with customers and staff
• Comfortable using basic IT systems and digital tools
• A leader with initiative who leads by example
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in retail or related industry
• Motivated to grow into higher leadership roles within the company
• Passionate about teamwork, innovation, and customer care
