F&B Senior Marketing Associate

At SKI F&B PTE LTD, we curate exceptional dining experiences through our concepts, Salt & Soul and Tavola Aperta. We are seeking an ambitious Senior Marketing Associate to spearhead commercial growth, high-impact brand partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns across our Singapore portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns to boost cover counts, average spend per head, and overall top-line revenue. Analyze performance metrics to optimize budget allocation and marketing ROI.

• Strategic Partnerships & BD: Proactively identify, negotiate, and execute co-branding campaigns, corporate partnerships, and event collaborations to drive guest acquisition and elevate brand equity.

• Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead social media strategy, email marketing, and web updates. Leverage data analytics to optimize customer acquisition funnels, digital ad performance, and community engagement.

• PR & Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Craft press releases, pitch stories, and coordinate activations for new menu rollouts and brand milestones.

• Guest Loyalty & Retention: Partner with Operations to refine VIP initiatives, guest retention strategies, and loyalty programs. Utilize customer feedback and dining data to increase repeat visits and lifetime value.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to align promotional strategies with operational capacity and ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

• Demonstrated experience driving measurable commercial growth, revenue lift, and customer acquisition.

• Strong background in sourcing, negotiating, and executing strategic brand partnerships.

• Data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of Singapore's F&B landscape, trends, and consumer behaviors.

• Strong project management, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
