Sales Intern

Introduction

Support the Sales team in promoting Unimatec’s chemical product range across Singapore and ASEAN markets by assisting with customer research, sales activities, product information, documentation and follow-up activities. The role provides the intern with practical exposure to technical sales, customer relationship management and business development.

Support the promotion of Unimatec’s product range, including NOXTITE®, ELTAS® and CHEMINOX®.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Support

Assist the Sales team in identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.

Conduct basic market and customer research for Singapore and ASEAN markets.

Support the preparation of sales presentations and materials.

Technical Sales Support

Assist in preparing product information, technical data sheets and sales materials.

Support the Sales team in providing product information to customers.

Develop basic knowledge of chemical products, applications and chemical handling safety under supervision.

Customer & Account Support

Assist in arranging customer meetings and site visits.

Support customer follow-up activities and maintain customer records.

Assist in preparing meeting and follow-up reports.

Sales Administration & Reporting

Assist in preparing quotations, reports, presentations and other sales-related documents.

Update sales activities and customer information in relevant records.

Support the preparation of monthly sales/activity reports.

Internal Coordination

Assist in coordinating with internal departments and Japan Headquarters when required.

Support the Sales team in gathering customer requirements and product information.

Product & Market Learning

Learn and understand Unimatec’s products, applications and target markets.

Keep updated on relevant customer, market and industry information.

Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided)

Commencement: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
