Senior Quantity Surveyor

This role is to be situated in Batam.

Job Description:

1.Responsible cost control, billing and remeasurement for the assigned Project(s), but not limited to the below;

a) Cost Control Functions:

- review initial budget and prepare execution budget;

- execution budget shall be discussed and agreed with all stakeholders prior TCC reporting;

- responsible for day-to-day cost control matters;

- monitor and report all cost control matters; and bring to PCM and PM attention should there be any abnormal cost incurred/overrun;

- cost forecasting in consultant with PCM and PM;

- vendor and/or subcontractor invoice verification;

b) Billing

- forecast and monitor the project invoice and payment status;

- responsible for invoice supporting documents compilation;

- handling change management claim not limited to:

- prepare variation order request;

- attend commercial meeting;

- monitor and update variation order register;

c) Remeasurement

- responsible for Bill of Quantity (BOQ) update;

- responsible for material take-off (MTO) submission and settlement with client;

- verify subcontractor MTO;

- responsible for material reconciliation;

2. Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveyor in the same project(s);

3. Appointed as Subject Matter Expert in Cost Control, Billing or Remeasurement Functions

Requirements

- Engineering graduate

- Minimum 8 years relevant experience for O&G projects

- Preferably with SAP knowledge
