What You Will Do
Assist quality manager in overseeing shop's activities are in accordance with Regulatory requirements, Company Policy, Exposition Documents & Procedures including the scope of work & capability list.
Assist quality manager in authorities & customers audit matters to enable smooth audit process completion.
Assist quality manager in tracking and reporting promptly all escapes to Management & corporate office, validate solutions implemented are effective to prevent recurrence.
Liaising with vendor to ensure that the Supplier Quality Management System KPI’s and performance are maintained up to date by performing set-up/enhance/periodic review/updating of various Quality E-Systems
Assist in capability addition process and liaise with engineering and operation on First Article process to ensure resources are available and the right knowledge is imparted to the stake holders.
Perform System, Product, Process & Supplier audits.
Assist in in-house stamp approval annual renewal process
Assist department Manager in Flow down Global Trade updates from GT Asiapac/Service Centre Network Central Team to respective stake holders.
Review and clear Global Trade Blocks in SAP system and execute escalation process if necessary
Assist department Manager in conducting training for the shop floor on QA & GT and any other functional related topics.
Qualifications You Must Have
Diploma in Aerospace relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of aviation experience or equivalent.
Previous experience in Compliance related role is an added advantage (Ex: Ethics, Environment Health &Safety, Global Trade, etc)
Basic computer proficiency in PC tools and software
Qualifications We Prefer
Knowledge / previous experience in Data analysis is an added advantage.
