What You Will Do
- Perform various Mechanical & Chemical cleaning processes as per production schedule.
- Perform daily work tasks per Quality work procedures and guidelines.
- Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives.
- Familiar with the engine manuals, standards, and other contractual documents that control the Cleaning or NDT method used by MRO.
- Possess basic knowledge of relevant product materials and inspection criteria.
- Set up and standardize Cleaning or NDT equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document results.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Workshop engineer/Cell leaders.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in cleaning/NDT in aviation industry.
- Knowledge in Mechanical & Chemical cleaning processes required for aviation MRO.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
- Aerospace experience in dealing with aircraft structures, engines and/or components will be advantageous
- Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality.
