Marketing & Communications Intern

Azbil is expanding its businesses in the areas of building automation, advanced automation for factories and industrial plants, and life automation for essential services and people’s health and well-being.

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Intern to support the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital marketing. The intern will support marketing campaigns, create communication materials, manage social media content, and assist in developing marketing collateral across various channels.

Responsibilities

Marketing &Campaign Support

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication initiatives.

• Assist in coordinating marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

• Conduct basic market and industry research to support marketing projects.

• Help track project timelines and maintain marketing assets and project documentation.

Content Creation, Design & Digital Communications

• Draft and edit content for LinkedIn, website updates, newsletters, and other communication materials.

• Create basic visual assets and supporting copy for LinkedIn posts and marketing campaigns.

• Assist in developing marketing collateral, including social media graphics, infographics, presentation slides, brochures, and other communication materials.

• Assist with photo selection, basic image editing, and content layout.

• Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across digital platforms.

• Research industry trends and identify content opportunities.

Administrative &General Support

• Maintain organised records of marketing assets and communication materials.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.

• Provide administrative support for marketing and communication projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.

• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.

• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn and other social media platforms)

• Basic proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Interest in content creation, visual storytelling, branding, and corporate communications.

Preferred Skills

• Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills.

• Experience creating social media content for school, professional, or personal projects.

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.

• Interest in B2B marketing, corporate branding, and digital communications.
