The Role

We are looking for an Integrated Command Centre Operator to monitor real-time security events and coordinate responses. You will monitor CCTV, video analytics, alarms and access control systems, handle calls and escalate incidents according to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, video analytics, security alarms and access control systems.
• Analyse real-time security events and escalate incidents when required.
• Activate and coordinate response teams for security alarms and incidents.
• Monitor employee attendance and provide operational reports to management.
• Manage access clearance records for authorised persons and vehicles.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to client enquiries.
• Prepare basic incident and operational reports.
• Follow security SOPs, escalation procedures and other operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Willing to work at Corporation Drive or Ubi.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in command centre, security operations, CCTV monitoring or call centre operations is an advantage.
• PLRD Security Officer Licence is an advantage.
• Training will be provided.
