Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Source, evaluate and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract
• Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly
• Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
• Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost benefit analysis and perform variation order
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirement:

• Degree/ Diploma in Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying
• At least 3-5 years working experience in civil engineering / infrastructure projects, preferably on an MRT project
• A team player with positive working attitude
