Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Collaborating with the M&E Team for coordination on RCP, CSD, and Interfacing during the finishing stage
- Managing architectural subcontractor shop drawing and material submissions
- Preparing RI & TOP and submitting to authorities
- Compiling As-Built plans
- Overseeing inspection and supervision of the Mock-up and QA/QC processes
- Planning and executing signage installation for internal and external workshops
Requirements
- 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player
- Candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations, and familiar with local standard quality implementation will be an added advantage
