Job Summary

Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on petrol, diesel, and heavy vehicles, including engine and gearbox overhauls, ensuring vehicle safety and performance across various vehicle types.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to perform vehicle diagnostics, identify mechanical issues, and execute effective repairs
• Service petrol, diesel, and heavy vehicles to maintain optimal operation and reliability
• Conduct engine and gearbox overhauls to restore vehicle performance
• Perform general servicing tasks such as oil changes and tyre rotations to ensure vehicle upkeep
• Carry out quality checks to verify vehicle safety and performance standards are met
• Work on a variety of vehicles including continental and Asian cars, vans, and heavy vehicles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant automobile experience
• Experience working with heavy vehicles
• Demonstrate strong hands-on technical skills and problem-solving ability in vehicle repair and maintenance
