Job Description

• Prepare and develop CAD drawings and BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Produce detailed engineering drawings, authority submission drawings, and construction details in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist Engineers and project teams in the development, coordination, and updating of BIM models and engineering documentation.
• Support project delivery activities including drawing production, document control, design coordination, and authority submission documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve drafting or modelling issues with project stakeholders.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure all drawings and models are properly updated and controlled.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of company BIM standards, templates, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely CAD drawings and BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure design information is accurately reflected in drawings and models.
• Perform model updates, clash coordination, and drawing revisions as directed by the project team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, technical, and documentation requirements.
• Carry out assigned tasks in accordance with company procedures and project schedules.

Job Requirements

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or Higher National Institute of Technical Education Certificate (NITEC)or equivalent qualification relevant to the Built-Environment Industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM software.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, detailing standards, and construction practices.
• Candidates with BIM modelling and coordination experience will have an advantage.
• Effective communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
