DRIVER CUM SUPERVISIOR

Supervise compliance with Company policies and/or processes by action and speech
Regularly audit areas such as driver logs, record keeping, driver work practices, equipment conditions, are in compliance with company policy and DOT regulations
Maintain all drivers’ logs, qualification files, compliance information, safety even records, vehicle maintenance documents, to ensure complete company policy and DOT compliance for all assigned facilities
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of company operations, policies and procedures
Provides support, advice and guidance to drivers and monitors in responding to a variety of issues
Working with Sales, Maintenance and Customer Service groups for site surveys
