Utilities Engineer

Main contractor for LTA project seeking for the aboveposition:-

Alternate Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities:-

·· To conduct technical and feasibility studies relating tothe project, including site investigations etc.

· To work closely with the Engineer and other stakeholdersincluding subcontractors pertaining to the utilities matters.

· Provide coordination with government agencies,preparingand compiling documentation such as related method statements,risk assessments,safe work procedures for timely submissions and review.

· To coordinate with various utilities agencies for timelyapproval and carrying out of utilities diversion to facilitate the constructionworks.

· Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure designs isdone accurately and meet construction requirements and understanding of thecode and practices.

· Assist the Construction Manager / SeniorEngineer.inpreparing utilities drawings and related documents.

· Prepare technical reports with ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.

· Attend site visits and meetings.

Requirement:-

· Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Degree inCivil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to theCommissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a ResidentEngineer or Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of theEngineer, at least 3 years of experience in the construction supervision forprojects of similar scale and complexity, and is a registered earthworksupervisor with EMA/SPPG.
