Marketing & Social Media Intern

1. Social Media Management

• Assist in managing company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)

• Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar

• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages) and respond when required

• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

2. Content Creation

• Create engaging content including captions, short-form videos, and visuals

• Support in shooting and editing content for exhibition projects and events

• Work with designers to produce marketing materials (posts, banners, reels)

• Assist in developing storytelling for completed projects and case studies

3. Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Support promotional activities for exhibitions, trade shows, and events

• Help prepare marketing materials for client presentations and pitches

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals

4. Market Research

• Research industry trends in exhibitions, events, and experiential marketing

• Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and social media presence

• Identify new content ideas and marketing opportunities

5. Administrative Support

• Maintain content calendars and marketing schedules

• Organize digital assets (photos, videos, project materials)

• Assist in preparing reports on marketing performance

Requirements

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field

Skills

• Interest in social media and digital marketing

• Basic content creation skills (photo/video editing is a plus)

• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

• Good writing and communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
