Key responsibilities

• Assist in the overall project management lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, in collaboration with the Operations Director.
• Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials, and services required for project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About you

• Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Exhibition and Events industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work output.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
