Job Summary
The Factory Worker is responsible for carrying out simple daily operational tasks as assigned, including sorting & dismantling of electronic devices to support production processes. This role ensures that all work is performed in accordance with standard procedures while maintaining basic quality checks on finished products.
In this role, you will follow company rules and safety requirements, maintain proper housekeeping within the work area, and report progress or issues to the Team Leader and Supervisor to support smooth and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform operational work delegated by Team Leader
Conduct sorting & dismantling of electronic products
Perform simple QC/QA checks on finished products
Maintain proper housekeeping in the department
Adhere to all company's rules and safety requirement
Report to team leader & Supervisor
Job Requirement:
Minimum primary education, preferably with credits in English or any other equivalent certification.
Basic Microsoft Excel skill will be an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong understanding of workplace and equipment safety protocols.
Job training will be provided.
Entry level is welcome.
Working hours: Monday–Friday & alternate Saturdays (8.45am – 5.45pm).
Able to perform overtime work when required, in accordance with MOM regulations.
