Job Overview
The Operations Executive supports the day-to-day operational activities of the Company, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of processes. This role involves coordination across teams and active participation in operational and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse operational processes to identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of work processes
Lead and support workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Company policies, NEA regulations, and workplace safety standards
Coordinate and work closely with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery
Support team supervision, including guiding staff to meet performance and operational goals
Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements where necessary
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of safety regulations or operational processes will be an advantage
