M&E Quality Surveyor (QS) (Chinese and English bilingual)

Due to business expansion, we are now seeking experienced and responsible M&E QS (Quality Surveyor) engineers to join our team and grow with the company.

Work Location: TUAS (Company provides shuttle bus service)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general contracting project quotation and pricing, and participating in business negotiations with the client (QS);

2. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontracting contracts (company provides standard templates);

3. Verify on-site work quantities weekly and reconcile progress payments with the auditor monthly;

4. Identify local Singapore material suppliers and assist the company's purchasing staff in familiarizing themselves with the local materials market.

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Chinese;

- Relevant QS work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Singapore construction industry;

- Familiar with local project quotation, contract management, and progress payment processes;

- Diligent and responsible, with excellent communication and coordination skills;

- Able to independently handle relevant business and on-site measurement work.
