Tiler, Wetworks

We are looking for an experienced and skilled tiler to join our renovation team. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in residential renovation projects and be able to carry out tiling works independently with minimal or no guidance.

This role is suitable for someone who takes pride in good workmanship, pays attention to detail, and is willing to continuously improve their skills and work quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out floor and wall tiling works for residential renovation projects
• Prepare surfaces before tiling, including levelling, cleaning, and setting out tile lines
• Cut, lay, align, and install tiles according to project requirements
• Perform grouting, finishing, and touch-up works properly
• Ensure tiles are laid straight, level, neat, and according to required standards
• Check tile alignment, spacing, slope, and finishing quality
• Work independently on-site without constant supervision or guidance
• Follow project schedules and complete assigned works on time
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area
• Coordinate with site supervisor or project team when required
• Report any site issues, material shortages, or work concerns promptly

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of tiling experience
• Must have experience in residential renovation projects
• Must be able to work independently without guidance
• Strong knowledge of floor and wall tiling methods
• Able to handle tile cutting, laying, grouting, and finishing works
• Must have good workmanship and attention to detail
• Willing to learn, improve, and follow company work standards
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work well with the renovation team
• Positive working attitude and commitment to quality work

Preferred Experience

• Experience with HDB, condo, and landed residential renovation projects
• Able to understand basic drawings or site instructions
• Experience with different tile sizes and finishing requirements
• Knowledge of proper waterproofing and slope requirements will be an advantage

Salary / Payment

• Daily pay: $180 to $220, depending on experience, skill level, and workmanship
• Monthly salary package is also available
• Package will be discussed based on experience, performance, and job scope
