Position: Sports Coach for Special Needs
Location: MOE Schools
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and energetic Coaches to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and engaging children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate gymnastics activities. Full training will be provided, but a sports background and experience working with children are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct gymnastics classes designed for young children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment to encourage children’s development and confidence.
• Provide individual attention to participants to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun and engaging class structure.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with children (e.g., teaching, coaching, or caregiving).
• A background in sports, fitness, or gymnastics is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Ability to manage a group of young children effectively.

What We Offer:

• $25 - $35 per hour based on experience.
• Flexible, part-time hours from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays.
