TECHNICIAN

• Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production.
• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermos stream, ICOS,
• Laser Mark, etc.
• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.
• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.
• Carry out characterization on or sample screening based on internal team request.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic /Electrical//Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture Engineering
• Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics/Electrical
• Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture
• Flexible shift in 3-4-4-3 pattern or normal office working hours pattern; will need to be flexible to work in staggered or night shifts as required by business needs.
• Experience in HTOL support.
• Experience with ATE Tester.
• Experience with 93K will be added advantage.
• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermos stream testing equipment or bench test equipment.
• Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities
• Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
