Customer Service Associate (Education) - Full Time

Location: Marine Parade and/or Toa Payoh

Jan & Elly English Language School is an established enrichment centre, specialising in Phonics and English Tuition for 4-12 year old students.

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting daily centre operations in a learning environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors

• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and messages in promptly and in timely manner

• Support student arrival, waiting and dismissal

• Take charge of enrolment coordination and class scheduling

• Support teachers with day-to-day centre operations

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask with a strong sense of accountability

• Comfortable interacting with parents and young children

• Able to commit to working on both weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and three weekdays
  Weekday hours: 12pm-9pm
  Weekend hours: 9am-6pm

• Prior customer service or front desk experience is an advantage

• Willing to provide front desk support at other branches when operational needs require
