As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
System Administration & Data Accuracy: Utilizing Oracle logistics module (EBS) to manage data, track inventory levels, and process orders as main point of contact for global team.
Support and Troubleshooting: Acting as the main point of contact for system issues, and working with vendors or IT to solve operational problems, ensure month end/quarter/year end closing is closed by operations. Support weekly cycle count and year end cycle count.
Responsibilities:
- Own and govern logistics process standards, including:Facilitation of cross-functional discussions and alignment forums.Driving continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices in Oracle EBS system process when assigned by logistics manager.
- Serve as the escalation point for Oracle EBS technical decisions.
- Provide operational support for critical and high-impact issues due to system and complex improvement projects.
- Operate in a hybrid role that safeguards logistics module in Oracle EBS discipline, while ensuring that support to digital transformation is the priority.
- Coach and develop junior system specialist to support day to day business needs and troubleshooting.
- Develop productivities automation report.
- Introduce systematic locator grouping to improve work order report shorting.
- Develop new work order report to eliminate manual counting and reporting.
- Support determines process or system error to shorten system downtime.
- Warehouse activities, transaction & inventory status data report support .
- Regional logistics system or process clarification support.
- Cycle count and physical inventory count process support.
- Logistics data, digitization document storage and management support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- Typically 5 or more years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or data analysis within a supply chain environment.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, SQL) and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS/TMS platforms).
- Ability to analyze logistics performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Problem solving critically and independently.
- Critical Thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
