Receptionist cum Admin Assistant |School |Lorong Chuan

The Services required are set out as follows:
• Providing support and assisting general administration in General

Office.

• Supporting printing needs of school (e.g. worksheets and

documents) when required and ensuring materials are efficiently

produced.

• Assisting in maintenance of printing equipment (printers,

copiers), including monitoring, and managing of ink, toner, paper

supplies to ensure uninterrupted printing.

• Answering the phone calls in a timely manner, including

screening and directing calls to the appropriate colleagues. This

include taking and relaying of messages where necessary.

• Dealing with enquires by parents, members of public and other

stakeholders.

• Assisting in office administration matters and clerical work,

including receiving, sorting and distributing daily

mail/deliveries/posts/couriers, maintaining a log book.

• Attending to sick/injured students and contact caregivers (if

required), ensuring that all accidents / injuries are appropriately

recorded / reported.

• Upkeeping office general conditions, including tidying and

maintaining the reception area in the General Office.
