Join our team to support customers by providing expert assistance with computers, laptops, and accessories while using basic computer systems and software to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy when engaging with customers to create a positive experience
- Apply knowledge of computers, laptops, and accessories to assist customers effectively
- Use basic computer skills to operate POS systems for invoicing and manage documents in MS Word and Excel
- Participate actively in training sessions to improve technical and customer service skills
- Adapt quickly to start work immediately or within a short notice period
