Sales and Marketing

• Conduct on-site promotion and introduce the institution's Chinese language education programs to potential customers.
• Approach and engage with prospective clients to promote courses and services.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate course information.
• Build positive relationships with customers and collect potential leads.
• Assist the team in achieving sales and enrollment targets.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• No minimum educational qualification required.
• Singapore PR or Singapore Citizen only.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Prior sales, customer service, or promotional experience is preferred.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
