Engineering Internship (Project Engineer)

About the Role

We’re seeking motivated students to join our team and gain hands-on experience in engineering project management.

As an intern with D‑Team, you’ll get a front‑row seat to how building projects are managed and delivered. This program is designed to give students a comprehensive view of how building projects are delivered —from planning and coordination to technical execution. You’ll be part of real projects and gain exposure to both management and engineering aspects.

Scope of Work

As an intern, you will:

• Project Coordination: Assist project managers in liaising with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Progress Monitoring: Track schedules, report on milestones, and support the team in keeping projects on time.
• Site Experience: Attend site meetings and inspections to understand how decisions are made and issues are resolved.
• Communication Development: Practice professional communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates who are available from January 2027 onwards, with a minimum internship period of 4 months and above.
