Sales Admin Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales Admin Coordinator at AV Media Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the Client & Sales Administration department. This full-time position is based in the Bukit Batok , offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing client records, and maintaining accurate sales data

• Assist with the preparation of sales-related documents, such as quotes, delivery order and invoices.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients

• Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

• Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures

• Participate in team meetings and help identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

• Experience in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry

• Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritise multiple tasks

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
