Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning and Layout: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to plan the sequence of work
• Measuring and Cutting: Use rulers, levels, and square tools to measure, mark, and cut wood, drywall, and other materials to exact dimensions.
• Framing and Construction: Build and erect structural frameworks, including walls, floor joists, roof rafters, partitions, and staircases.
• Installation: Fit and install doors, windows, molding, trim, drywall, insulation, and built-in cabinetry.
• Repair and Maintenance: Inspect damaged framework or woodwork, replace rotting panels, and fix or restore furniture and fixtures.
• Tool and Site Safety: Operate power tools safely, keep the work area clean of debris, and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Flexible to work in any shifts, especially in split shifts.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
