Human Resource Operations

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR databases.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
  • Facilitate smooth induction and orientation programs for new employee.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the corporate internship programmes.

Learning & Development (Training)

  • Identify organizational, departmental, and individual training needs through training needs analysis.
  • Organize and administer internal and external training programmes, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
  • Research, evaluate, and manage external training providers, grants, funding opportunities to optimize the L&D budget.
  • Oversee the training approval and registration process, ensuring all requests comply with company policy, support employee development objectives, and budget guidelines.
  • Track & monitor employee training attendance, effectiveness, and completion records including tracking of employee training (CPD) hours.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support in employee benefits, insurance, leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely submission of employee -related reporting.

HR Systems & Digitalization

  • Administer and maintain HRIS, payroll systems, attendance, and leave management platforms.
  • Ensure HR and payroll data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management reporting.
  • Collaborate with system vendors and stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Drive HR digitalization initiatives and process automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of HR technology solutions.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercises, KPI tracking and employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor employee probation and confirmation processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employee queries and workplace matters.
  • Organize employee engagement programmes and staff well-being initiatives.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and relevant employment legislation.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and updating of employee handbook.
  • Maintain strong governance and compliance standards across all HR practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.

HR Reporting & Projects

  • Prepare monthly HR metrics and workforce reports including updating Organization Chart.
  • Monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and manpower trends.
  • Participate in HR improvement projects and organizational initiatives.

Office Administration & Facilities Management

  • Manning of Company’s email and office Telephone Directory listing.
  • Monitoring the daily attendance of the staff & keep record of the same.
  • To cover reception duties when the receptionist is on leave or as and when required.
  • Perform general marketing duties (printing of corporate gifts, calendars, diaries, T-shirts, corporate advertisements & managing social media accounts etc).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for building management, landlords, and office vendors (e.g. office renovation, air-con servicing, cleaning services, renewal of maintenance contract).
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, or aesthetic improvements, coordinating repairs promptly.
  • Coordinating emergency evacuation drills in line with building management requirements.
  • Coordinating logistics for in-office meetings, team-building events, and celebrations fostering a positive workplace culture.
