About this job
Job Scope:
- Processing of policy documents
- Ensuring accuracy of data and meeting required turnaround time
- Process new business and renewals policies
- Processing endorsements
- Conversion of Cover Note to policy
- Verify and check policies issued by Synergy (Outsource Partner)
- Identify inconsistencies in documentation and liaise with Underwriters for resolution
- Work closely with internal stakeholder such as Finance for premium payment matters
- Participate in project management on new initiatives and system change for alignment and continuous improvement
- Be actively involved in project management, e.g. UAT, System and Resource Integration
- Develop knowledge in underwriting through processing of motor individual and fleet insurance
