Senior/ Sales Executive
About this job
Job Responsibilities:
Actively manage and close sales leads, with a focus on achieving occupancy targets for key properties such as Coliwoo Boonlay.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support overall sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.
Providing administrative support such as answering phones, general office management including order, invoicing and delivery management, data entry duties and follow up on the customer enquiries via emails correspondences.
In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin and marketing duties.
Make cold calls and relay call scripts to schedule appointments with potential prospects for Marketing Team.
Demonstrate ability to secure appointments with key decision makers.
Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development.
Coordinate and perform administrative duties related to sales operations, including preparing sales documentation, updating PMS, and handling client communications.
Support marketing initiatives by assisting in campaign execution, distributing marketing materials, reporting, and client follow-ups as needed.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and occupancy tracking to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Liaise with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure smooth contract execution and client onboarding.
Participate in site visits, client meetings, and industry events to promote company offerings and build market presence.
Participate in marketing projects and duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Ad-hoc sales support and any other ad-hoc duties apply if needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, sales administration, or marketing support is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
