Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and products for production and customer shipments.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct stock counts and support inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently where authorized.
• Prepare and label shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery requirements are met.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, EHS requirements, and standard operating and company procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and equipment issues promptly.
• Work closely with Production, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow and operational support.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level, N-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1-2 year of relevant warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), ERP systems, or barcode scanning devices.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Forklift license will be an added advantage.
• Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual handling duties, including lifting and moving materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
