Location: Jamiyah Headquarters, Geylang Road

Job Type: Monday to Friday, Alt. Saturday (Half day)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support in the planning, coordination and tracking of programmes and activities.
• Liaise with Corporations, Community Partners and Schools on their CSR Programmes/Community initiatives.
• Deepen the engagement with community partners and forge new partnership.
• Schedule activities for the residents.
• Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
• Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.
• Recruit volunteers
• Solicitation of sponsorship.
• Assist in seeking for funding support.
• Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
• Providing administrative support as needed.

Experience/ Skills:

• Minimum O Level/Diploma
• Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good networking skills.
